Menus and Pricing
To ensure all of our guests receive the most efficient service, Lebanese Taverna requires a set menu for events of 12 or more guests.  Lebanese Taverna is always willing to accommodate any dietary restrictions. 

Private Function Space
There is a minimum financial requirement in terms of food and beverage revenue connected to reserving private dining space.  These fees may vary according to day of the week as well as time period.  A room rental applies, if for any reason, food and beverage revenue does not meet the minimum financial requirements. 

Lebanese Taverna assigns space to accommodate each event based on attendance and requested set up arrangements.  We will make every effort to accommodate any increases in attendance or revised requirements.  These revisions may affect the pricing of the set event.

Beverages and Bar Packages
To enhance your dining experience, Lebanese Taverna offers the option of an hourly bar or a per drink (per-consumption) fee. A cash bar may be available based on the room selection and set-up.  Bartender fees may be applied.  We recommend wine selections two weeks in advance of the event to ensure availability.  

Deposits and Payment
A 50% deposit of the anticipated total fees is required to reserve a room accompanied by a signed room reservation proposal. If your organization is tax exempt, a copy of your exemption certificate must be provided with the signed proposal. 

At the conclusion of your event, Lebanese Taverna will present one check; payment is due at that time.  We gladly accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. 

Guarantee
A guarantee of attendance is required by 2:00pm, two business days in advance of the event.  Please remember, this number will be regarded as your final count and may not be reduced.  If a guarantee number is not specified, the estimated guest attendance listed on your proposal will serve as the guarantee. 

Service Charge and Taxes
A 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage charges. In addition, applicable sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, room and service charges.  

Floral, Linens and Audio Visual Needs
Lebanese Taverna offers a range of services through our preferred vendor list.  We are happy to make the arrangements for you. 

Cakes and Decorations
You are welcome to bring in your own cake for a cutting fee of $3.00 per person.  We can store the cake while dining or have it placed in your dining room.  All decorations must be approved by Lebanese Taverna prior to your event.

Cancellation Policy
Lebanese Taverna understands that circumstances happen and that cancellations are sometimes inevitable.  We ask that the cancellation be in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the event.  If  Lebanese Taverna receives the cancellation less than the seven (7) prior to your event, we will work with you to the best of our ability in order for you not to loose your deposit.
